As earlier announced, we wish to inform all library users that the new overdue fines rates were implemented with effect from 1st December 2020. Also note that all accrued fines have been converted to the new rates. The rates are as follows:
- Short loan books @ 5/= per hour
- Long loan books @ Kshs.5/= per day
